Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective: 3 August 2026

Because academic services involve professional time, analysis, writing and customised deliverables, refund eligibility depends on the project stage and the written scope.

Before work begins

A cancellation requested before substantive work has started may qualify for a refund after deduction of any payment-processing charge or completed preliminary review explicitly included in the quotation.

After work begins

Once research review, writing, editing, analysis, design or formatting has begun, fees corresponding to completed work are non-refundable. Any balance attributable to unstarted milestones may be reviewed for refund or credit.

Completed or delivered work

Payments for completed milestones, delivered files, urgent work and customised analysis are normally non-refundable. Corrections will be handled according to the agreed revision allowance.

Third-party charges

Journal fees, article-processing charges, submission fees, printing, database access and other third-party payments are governed by the relevant provider and are not refundable by Advanced Sciences Academics.

Send the project reference, payment date, amount and reason for the request through WhatsApp at +91 84849 84900 or email info@advancedsciencesacademics.com. Each request will be reviewed against the confirmed scope and completed work.
