Terms of Service
Effective: 3 August 2026
These terms apply to academic support services supplied by Advanced Sciences Academics. A project begins only after the scope, deliverables, timeline, price, payment terms and revision allowance have been confirmed in writing.
Nature of service
Services may include academic writing support, editing, statistical analysis, evidence synthesis, thesis assistance, journal formatting, presentation design, submission assistance and reviewer-response support. The author or client remains responsible for the accuracy, originality, ethics, approvals, data, interpretation and final use of all work.
No publication guarantee
Journal acceptance, indexing, impact factor, citations, editorial decisions and publication timelines are controlled by independent journals and publishers. No such outcome is guaranteed.
Research integrity
Clients must provide genuine and lawfully obtained data, approvals, consent information and references. Requests involving fabricated participants, invented ethics approval, falsified data, plagiarism or misleading authorship may be declined or discontinued.
Quotations and payment
Website prices are starting estimates. Final cost depends on scope and complexity. Journal charges, article-processing charges, submission fees, printing, taxes, database access and third-party costs are separate unless explicitly included in the written quotation. Payments should be made only after confirming the final amount and reference through an authorised communication channel.
Revisions
Revisions included in the price are limited to the agreed scope and number of rounds. New analyses, major changes in topic, additional data, changed journal requirements or work requested after approval may require a revised quotation.
Timelines
Delivery dates depend on timely receipt of complete files, responses and payments. Urgent work may attract an additional charge. Delays caused by incomplete information, third-party systems or new requirements may extend the schedule.
